On 31st January 2018 and on 1st February 2018 it was held in Patras (Greece) the first transnational meeting of the members of the consortium of the European project SEnDIng (Sector Skills Alliance for the design and delivery of innovative VET programmes to data science and internet of things professionals), funded by the European Union in the frame of the Erasmus + Program, Key Action 2 “Cooperation for innovation and the exchange of good practices - Sector Skills Alliances”. The first meeting was held at the project coordinator's premises (University of Patras), with the participation of the consortium’s representatives from Greece, Bulgaria, Cyprus and Ireland.

The purpose of this first project meeting was to gather the representatives from all consortium partners, review the key activities and deliverables of the project, identify particular needs and requirements and prepare detailed work allocations and project planning according to the defined timetable. The kick-off meeting is the first from a set of 4 project meetings that have been scheduled by the SEnDIng consortium in total. The 2nd project meeting will be held in Sofia (Bulgaria) on 7th and 8th November 2018, the 3rd project meeting will be held in Nicosia (Cyprus) and the final project meeting will be held either in Patras or in Athens (Greece).
